The Venice Film Festival is the world’s eldest cinematographic festival; and with this 2017 edition it reached number 74th.

Lately the festival its experiencing a great revival, if we only think that many of the films presented at Lido last year have now won the Oscar or similar prestigious awards. The Venice Film Festival it’s held in-between August and September so to get the movie season properly started. Actors, Italian and international guests, famous directors are expected in Laguna so to live Venice 74 at its best.

The ambition for whom presents a film is clearly to win the Golden Lion award, assigned from the international Jury, but the Venice Film Festival remains mainly a celebration for any of those who loves the seventh art.

The exhibition aims to inform the world and diffuse the art of international cinema in all its forms, in an entertaining and industrial way as well as in a fully dialogue freedom and spirit. The exhibition organizes as well retrospectives and tributes for outstanding personalities, as a contribution and form to a better knowledge of the history of cinema.
